3. Zero Data Retention
LonelyStar operates on a strict zero data retention policy for all conversation content. Your chats are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. Once a conversation ends, the content is permanently deleted.

- Billing: To process payments and manage subscriptions
- Service Improvement: Anonymous usage metrics to improve performance
- Communication: To send important service updates (no marketing emails)

- AI Models: We host open source LLM models (Smollm, Llama, etc.) under their respective licenses. Your conversations are processed with the same privacy guarantees.
